摘要:
目的 观察糖尿病并发症体验工具在全院血糖管理中的应用效果。方法 基于全院血糖信息平台,选取全院入住非内分泌病区的2型糖尿病并血糖明显异常的患者445例,按就诊顺序随机分为对照组222例和观察组223例。对照组以常规教育方式进行糖尿病并发症教育,干预组应用糖尿病并发症体验工具进行模拟体验教育,两种教育方式均由内分泌糖尿病专科护士执行。观察组3个月后随访,对比两组患者血糖控制水平和自我管理能力。结果 干预前两组患者血糖监测、足部护理、饮食、运动及遵医行为等自我管理能力评估得分及血糖控制水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组各项指标得分较干预前改善,并优于对照组,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。结论 糖尿病并发症体验工具可有效控制患者血糖,并提高自我管理能力。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of diabetes complications experience tools in blood glucose management in the whole hospital.Methods Based on the blood glucose information platform of the whole hospital,445 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the non-endocrine ward and abnormal blood glucose were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(222 cases)and the observation group(223 cases).The control group was educated on diabetes complications by routine education.The intervention group used the diabetes complications experience tool to simulate the experience.Both education methods were performed by endocrine diabetes specialist nurses.The observation group was followed up for 3 months,and the blood glucose control level and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose monitoring,foot nursing,diet,exercise and compliance between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the index scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Diabetes complication experience tools can effectively control patients’ blood sugar and improve self-management ability.
