摘要:
目的 探讨“正向激励”法对培养规范化培训护士志愿服务精神及志愿服务与生命意义感的关系。方法 采用整群抽样法抽取2016年8月~2018年7月在某三级医院规范化培训的护士作为研究对象,其中2016级新入职培训护士75名作为对照组,2017级新入职培训护士130名作为观察组,两组学员均在岗前培训中加入“医院志愿服务”课程,对照组采用常规方法,观察组在对照组基础上运用“正向激励”将培训护士参与志愿服务活动纳入“积分制”管理,比较两组新入职规范化培训护士参与志愿服务情况及规范化培训护士生命意义感得分。结果 观察组护士志愿服务平均积分高于对照组[(5.39±1.89)分vs(3.27±0.21)分],参与日常志愿服务、志愿献血、突发公共事件志愿服务人次均优于对照组(42.31% vs 24.28%)、(17.69% vs 8.57%)、(21.53% vs 10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组规范化培训护士生命意义感总分及生活态度、生活目标、生命价值3个维度得分均高于对照组[(82.33±7.67)分vs(75.51±6.72)分]、[(21.24±2.16)分vs(19.63±3.36)分]、[(25.11±4.41)分vs(23.37±3.85)分]、[(27.82±4.12)分vs(24.75±3.78)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活自主维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 基于“正向激励”的“积分制”管理有助于规范化培训护士积极参与志愿服务,提高生命意义感,树立志愿服务精神。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between "positive incentive" method in cultivating standardized training nurses’ volunteer service spirit and the relationship between volunteer service and the sense of life.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select nurses who were standardized training in a tertiary hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 as the research objects. Among them, 75 newly recruited nurses of 2016 were used as the control group, and 130 newly trained nurses of 2017 were recruited. As the observation group, both groups of trainees joined the "Hospital Volunteer Service" course in the pre-job training, the control group adopted conventional methods, and the observation group used "positive incentives" on the basis of the control group to include training nurses to participate in volunteer service activities into "points" To compare the two groups of newly recruited standardized training nurses’ participation in volunteer service and standardized training nurses’ sense of life scores.Results The average score of nurses’ volunteer service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[(5.39±1.89) points vs (3.27±0.21)points], and the number of people participating in daily volunteer service, voluntary blood donation, and volunteer service for public emergencies were better than those in the control group (42.31% vs 24.28%), (17.69% vs 8.57%), (21.53% vs 10.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The standardized training nurses in the observation group had higher scores of the sense of life and the three dimensions of life attitude, life goals, and life value than the control group [(82.33±7.67) points vs (75.51±6.72) points], [(21.24±2.16) points vs (19.63±3.36) points], [(25.11±4.41) points vs (23.37±3.85) points], [(27.82±4.12) points vs (24.75±3.78) points], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of life autonomy between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The "point system" management based on "positive incentives" helped to standardize the training of nurses to actively participate in voluntary service, improved the sense of life, and established the spirit of voluntary service.
