摘要:
目的 探讨512考试教育网平台在消毒供应中心(CSSD)人员培训与考核中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月~12月我院CSSD 40名护理人员作为研究对象,将2018年1月~6月未引入512考试教育网平台作为第一阶段(应用前),仅采用传统的集中培训与现场演示方法和考核办法;将2018年7月~12月引入512考试教育网平台作为第二阶段(应用后),采用手机微信公众号和计算机网页登陆的慕课培训方法与考核办法,比较应用前后专科理论成绩及满意度。结果 应用后护理人员理论考核平均成绩高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40名护理人员对应用512考试教育网后的培训方法、考核办法、签到方式、培训资源、培训效果满意度均高于85%,仅2名护理人员认为考核办法一般,认为培训资源和培训效果一般者各1名。结论 512考试教育网平台在消毒供应中心的应用,不仅可以帮助工作人员迅速胜任工作岗位,而且能够减轻人员的培训负担,正面促进护理人员的学习积极性,提高培训效率,保证培训效果,且护理人员满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the 512 exam education network platform in the training and assessment of the Sterilization Supply Center (CSSD) personnel.Methods Selecting 40 nursing staff of our hospital CSSD from January to December 2018 as the research objects, and the 512 exam education network platform was not introduced from January to June 2018 as the first stage (before application).Simply use traditional centralized training and on-site demonstration methods and assessment methods;Introducing the 512 exam education network platform from July to December 2018 as the second stage (after application), using mobile WeChat official accounts and computer webpage login MOOC training methods and assessment methods, and compare the theoretical scores and satisfaction of specialist subjects before and after application.Results The average scores of nursing staff in theoretical assessment after application were higher than before application, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).40 nurses were more than 85% satisfied with the training methods, assessment methods, sign-in methods, training resources, and training effects after applying the 512 exam education network. Only 2 nurses thought the assessment methods were general and considered the training resources and training effects 1 for each general.Conclusion The application of the 512 exam education network platform in the disinfection supply center can not only help the staff be quickly qualified for the job, but also reduce the training burden of the staff, positively promote the learning enthusiasm of the nursing staff, improve the training efficiency, and ensure the training effect, and the nursing staff Satisfaction is high.
