摘要:
目的 分析个性化健康教育对2型糖尿病患者护理行为及血糖控制效果的影响。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月在我院诊治的50例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施个性化健康教育,比较两组患者护理行为、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(P2-hBG)水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、健康知识以及健康行为评分。结果 干预后,观察组饮食行为、运动行为、血糖监测、足部护理、用药行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FBG、P2-hBG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组健康知识、健康行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者护理中应用个性化健康教育,可提高患者护理行为水平,促进FBG、P2-hBG、HbA1c水平控制,提升患者健康知识水平掌握和健康行为形成,改善患者生活质量水平,具有临床应用的重要价值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the impact of personalized health education on the nursing behavior and blood sugar control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. Using random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, each with 25 cases.The control group adopts routine nursing care, and the observation group implements personalized health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing behavior, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (P2-hBG) levels, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels, health knowledge and health behavior scores were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention, the scores of dietary behavior, exercise behavior, blood glucose monitoring, foot care, and medication behavior of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of FBG, P2-hBG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention, the health knowledge and health behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of all dimensions of life quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized health education in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the patient’s nursing behavior level, promote the control of FBG, P2-hBG, and HbA1c levels, enhance the patient’s knowledge of health and the formation of healthy behaviors, and improve the quality of life of patients.It has important value for clinical application.
