摘要:
本研究以某医院肺癌患者在医院诊疗期间检验项目数据作为研究对象,构建自定义语料库,使用精确分词技术计算词频,生成词云图,实现肺癌患者检验项目数据可视化,设计并优化FP-growth算法,遍历检验项目数据集,对肺癌患者检验项目进行关联分析。通过分析,旨在揭示肺癌治疗效果监测及预后评估过程中检验项目的内在联系与规律,以期为肺癌的临床辅助诊疗提供参考。
Abstract:
In this study, the test item data of lung cancer patients in a hospital during the diagnosis and treatment of a hospital was used as the research object to construct a custom corpus, use precise word segmentation technology to calculate word frequency, generate word cloud images, realize the visualization of lung cancer patient test item data, and design and optimize the FP-growth algorithm. Traverse the test item data set, and perform correlation analysis on the test items of lung cancer patients. Through analysis, this paper aims to reveal the internal relations and laws of inspection items in the process of lung cancer treatment effect monitoring and prognosis evaluation, in order to provide reference for clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
