摘要:
的 研究多学科协作护理模式在2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者护理中的应用效果及对自我护理能力的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年1月天津市第三中心医院收治的108例T2DM病例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（54例）与观察组（54例）。对照组开展常规护理干预，观察组应用多学科协作护理模式干预，比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）]、自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分、糖尿病自我管理行为量表（DSCS）评分、自我感受负担量表（SPBS）评分、中国糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表（DSQL）评分。结果 两组干预后FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平低于干预前，且观察组FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组干预后ESCA、DSCS评分高于干预前，且观察组ESCA、DSCS评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组干预后SPBS、DSQL分数低于干预前，观察组SPBS、DSQL分数低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多学科协作护理模式在T2DM护理中具有确切应用效果，可改善患者血糖水平，提高其自我护理能力，降低患者负担，促进生存质量改善。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its influence on self-care ability.Methods A total of 108 patients with T2DM admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group (54 patients) and observation group (54 patients) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model intervention. The blood glucose indexes [fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)], Engagement in Self-care Scale (ESCA) score, Diabetes Self-careActivitiesScale (DSCS) score, Self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS) score, Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale (DSQL) score were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FPG, 2hPBG and HbA1c in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the levels of FPG, 2hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ESCA and DSCS scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the ESCA and DSCS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of SPBS and DSQL in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of SPBS and DSQL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model has a definite application effect in T2DM nursing, which can improve the blood glucose level of patients, improve their self-care ability, reduce the burden of patients, and promote the improvement of quality of life.
