摘要:
目的 观察小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗支气管肺炎的效果及对CRP、PCT、EOS水平的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将2020年1月-2023年5月我院诊治的56例支气管肺炎患儿分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=28)。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿肺热咳喘颗粒,比较两组治疗效果、肺功能指标[第1秒用力肺活量(FEV1)、呼气高峰流量(PEF)]、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、临床体征(发热、肺啰音、咳痰、喘息)消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(96.43%)高于对照组(82.14%)(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FEV1、PEF水平升高,且与对照组比较,观察组FEV1、PEF水平升高(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后CRP、PCT、EOS水平降低,且与对照组比较,观察组CRP、PCT、EOS水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组发热、肺啰音、咳痰、喘息消失时间缩短(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗支气管肺炎效果确切,可减轻临床症状,改善肺功能,降低炎性因子水平,且不增加不良反应发生几率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of bronchopneumonia and its effect on the levels of CRP, PCT and EOS. Methods A total of 56 children with bronchopneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=28) and observation group (n=28) by random number table method. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was given Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, lung function indexes [forced vital capacity in the first second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF)], serum C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), eosinophils (EOS), disappearance time of clinical signs (fever, lung rale, expectoration, wheezing) and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96.43%) was higher than that in the control group (82.14%) (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of FEV1 and PEF in the two groups were increased after treatment, and compared with the control group, the levels of FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were increased (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of CRP, PCT and EOS in the two groups were decreased after treatment, and compared with the control group, the levels of CRP, PCT and EOS in the observation group were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of fever, pulmonary rales, expectoration and wheezing in the observation group was shortened (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of bronchopneumonia, which can reduce clinical symptoms, improve lung function, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
