摘要:
目的 基于KV级锥形束CT(KV-CBCT)图像探讨三种不同配准区域ROI对38例肺癌放疗摆位误差的影响。方法 回顾性分析2019年2月~2020年3月宜春市人民医院收治的38例经CBCT图像引导的肺癌IMRT放疗患者的摆位误差,采用三种不同的、渐进的ROIa、ROIb、ROIc对38例肺癌患者图像配准,得到A、B、C三组配准数据,通过图像配准软件得出Lat、Lng、Vrt结果,并进行分析。结果 三组摆位误差的配准数据两两对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);以摆位误差≥2 mm 作为误差发生的标准,B组误差发生率低于A、C组,A、B、C三组Lat、Lng、Vrt三个方向误差发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以患侧肺、胸骨、胸椎作为配准范围的自动灰度配准模式,对KV-CBCT图像引导肺癌治疗的日常摆位工作具有临床指导意义。
Abstract:
Objective Based on KV-level cone-beam CT (KV-CBCT) images, to explore the effect of three different registration regions ROI on the positioning error of 38 lung cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of the positioning errors of 38 patients undergoing CBCT image-guided IMRT radiotherapy for lung cancer admitted to Yichun City People’s Hospital from February 2019 to March 2020, using three different and progressive ROIa, ROIb, and ROIc pairs 38 image registration of a patient with lung cancer, three sets of registration data of A, B, and C are obtained, and Lat, Lng, and Vrt results are obtained through image registration software and analyzed.Results The registration data of the three groups of positioning errors were compared in pairs,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the positioning error ≥2 mm was used as the standard for error occurrence. The incidence of error in group B was lower than that in groups A and C,there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of errors in the three directions of Lat, Lng, and Vrt in the three groups of A, B, and C (P<0.05).Conclusion The automatic gray-scale registration mode with the affected lung, sternum, and thoracic spine as the registration range had clinical guiding significance for the daily positioning of KV-CBCT image-guided lung cancer treatment.
