摘要:
炎症性肠病是一种涉及饮食、环境、遗传、肠道微生物、免疫系统等多种因素的慢性炎性疾病,在中国的发病率逐渐升高,经典的5-氨基水杨酸制剂效果有限,免疫制剂、生物制剂副作用大且价格昂贵,近年来聚焦于肠道菌群调节成为一个新的热点。现已发现益生菌在肠道健康、免疫发育、营养代谢等方面功效显著。本文就肠道微生物与炎症性肠病的关系、益生菌在IBD中的治疗机制及益生菌制剂在溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病中的应用作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic inflammatory disease involving diet, environment, genetics, intestinal microbes, immune system and other factors. The incidence in China is gradually increasing, and the classic 5-aminosalicylic acid preparations have limited effects. In recent years, immune preparations and biological preparations have large side effects and are expensive. In recent years, focusing on the regulation of intestinal flora has become a new hot spot. It has been found that probiotics have significant effects on intestinal health, immune development, and nutritional metabolism. This article reviews the relationship between intestinal microbes and inflammatory bowel disease, the therapeutic mechanism of probiotics in IBD, and the application of probiotics in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, in order to provide references for clinical treatment.
