摘要:
目的 探讨血小板与淋巴细胞比值（PLR）在溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者病情评估中的应用价值。方法 选择2015年1月~2019年12月就诊于兰州大学第一医院的80例UC患者，采用Mayo评分将患者分为临床缓解组（≤2分）及临床活动组（3~12分），比较两组患者的PLR水平，分析PLR与UC患者病情分期的关系，采用受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线评估PLR判断UC疾病活动的价值。结果 临床活动组PLR水平高于临床缓解组[（161.34±83.60） vs （201.26±62.82）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；Spearman相关分析显示，PLR与UC患者病情严重程度呈正相关（r=0.386）；ROC曲线显示：PLR判断UC疾病活动的曲线下面积为0.714，最佳切点值为162.24，敏感度为71.34%，特异度为65.38%。结论 PLR可用于预测UC患者的病情严重程度，在临床实践中可关注UC患者的PLR水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in the evaluation of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods 80 UC patients who were admitted to the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected.Use Mayo score to divide patients into clinical remission group (≤2 points) and clinical activity group (3-12 points), compare the PLR levels of the two groups of patients, and analyze the relationship between PLR and the stage of UC patients.The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of PLR in judging the disease activity of UC.Results The PLR level of the clinical activity group was higher than that of the clinical remission group [(161.34±83.60) vs (201.26±62.82)], the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that PLR was positively correlated with the severity of UC patients (r=0.386);The ROC curve shows that the area under the curve for PLR to judge UC disease activity was 0.714, the best cut-off point is 162.24, the sensitivity was 71.34%, and the specificity was 65.38%.Conclusion PLR can be used to predict the severity of UC patients, and the PLR level of UC patients can be paid attention to in clinical practice.
