摘要:
目的 运用数据挖掘技术，总结肖万泽教授治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病（T2DM）的用药经验及学术思想。方法 收集肖教授治疗气阴两虚型T2DM的门诊处方93张，用Excel软件进行频数分析，同时分析药物关联规则和聚类特点。结果 肖教授治疗气阴两虚型T2DM的高频中药前5位为：茯苓、生地黄、黄芪、川芎和玄参；关联规则分析提示，生地黄与当归，当归、茯苓与生地黄关联紧密；共得到4类聚类结果：健脾燥湿药、益气与活血药、滋补肝肾药、兼证用药。结论 肖万泽治疗气阴两虚型T2DM以健脾燥湿为核心，益气与活血并重，兼顾肝肾的同时不忘因人制宜。
Abstract:
Objective To use data mining technology to summarize Professor XIAO Wan-ze’s medication experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods Collected 93 outpatient prescriptions of Professor XIAO for the treatment of T2DM with deficiency of both Qi and Yin. Excel software was used for frequency analysis, and the drug association rules and clustering characteristics were analyzed.Results The top five high-frequency Chinese medicines used by Professor XIAO to treat T2DM with deficiency of both Qi and Yin were Poria, Rehmanniae, Astragali, Ligusticum chuanxiong and Scrophulariaceae; Association rules suggested that Rehmanniae and Angelica, Angelica, Poriaand Rehmanniae were closely related; 4 clustering results were obtained: spleen and damp-removing drugs, Qi and blood circulation drugs, nourishing liver and kidney drugs, and combined syndrome drugs.Conclusion XIAO Wan-ze’s academic thoughts in treating T2DM with deficiency of both Qi and Yin are to invigorate the spleen and dry dampness as the core, replenish Qi and promote blood circulation, take into account the liver and kidney while not forgetting to adapt to individual conditions.
