摘要:
目的 探讨健康体检人群中不同空腹血糖状态与外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞计数比值(NLR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞计数比值(LMR)、血小板/淋巴细胞计数比值(PLR)、单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(MHR)的相关性。方法 选取2020年1月-10月川北医学院附属医院健康管理中心进行健康体检的人群5754例作为研究对象,根据空腹血糖水平(FPG)分为正常空腹血糖组(NG组)、空腹血糖受损组(IFG组)和高空腹血糖组(HFG组),比较三组一般资料、临床生化指标,采用二元Logistic回归分析影响空腹血糖受损的因素。结果 5754例研究对象中检出正常空腹血糖5242例,占91.10%;空腹血糖受损198例,占3.44%;高空腹血糖314例,占5.46%。三组间性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、尿素(Ur)、肾小球滤过率估算值(eGFR)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、NLR、LMR、PLR、MHR比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示,SBP、HbA1c、LMR、PLR、MHR、TC、HDL-C是空腹血糖受损的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 不同空腹血糖状态与外周血中NLR、LMR、PLR、MHR密切相关,同时SBP、HbA1c、TC、HDL-C也是影响空腹血糖受损的危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between different fasting blood glucose status and the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and monocyte-to-high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (MHR)in peripheral blood.Methods A total of 5754 normal people who underwent a physical examination in the Health Management Center of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the fasting blood glucose level (FPG), they were divided into a normal fasting blood glucose group (NG group), impaired fasting blood glucose group (IFG group) and high fasting blood glucose group (HFG group). The general data and clinical biochemical indexes of the three groups were compared. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting fasting blood glucose damage.Results Among 5754 cases, 5242 cases of normal fasting blood glucose were detected, accounting for 91.10%; 198 cases of impaired fasting blood glucose, accounting for 3.44%; high fasting blood glucose in 314 cases, accounting for 5.46%. There were statistically significant differences in gender, age, body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), urea (Ur), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), uric acid (UA), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), NLR, LMR, PLR and MHR among the three groups (P<0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that SBP, HbA1c, LMR, PLR, MHR, TC and HDL-C were risk factors for impaired fasting blood glucose (P<0.05).Conclusion NLR,LMR, PLR and MHR in peripheral blood are correlated with different fasting blood glucose status. At the same time, SBP, HbA1c, TC and HDL-C are also risk factors affecting fasting blood glucose level.
