摘要:
目的 梳理国内2010年以来医院图书馆领域的研究，探讨该领域的研究热点及研究趋势。方法 以CNKI数据库为数据来源，整理分析10年来医院图书馆的相关文献，使用Microsoft Excel、Gephi 0.9.2、CiteSpace.5.8.R3软件、Bibexcel和VOSviewer_1.6.13软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果 截至2022年3月23日，CNKI数据库共检索获得3596篇文献，共纳入相关中文文献1942篇，来自372种期刊。10年来医院图书馆相关文献发文量较平稳。发文量最多的作者是徐亚维（17篇），机构是烟台毓璜顶医院和滨州医学院附属医院（22篇），高产作者及高产机构数量不多，且多为独立创作。《中华医学图书情报杂志》为重要发表期刊（149篇）。医院图书馆的信息服务、馆员素质培养、数字化建设及资源共享为该领域的研究热点。新医改背景下医院图书馆创新发展、大数据时代图书馆建设为该领域未来的研究趋势。结论 医院图书馆应转变传统思维，重视各医院图书馆间的团队合作，同时严格按照医院等级评审要求，深化创新内容，加快人才队伍建设和数字化进程，推动医院图书馆建设与发展。
Abstract:
Objective To review the research in the field of hospital libraries in China since 2010, and explore the research hotspots and research trends in this field.Methods Taking CNKI database as the data source, the related literature of hospital libraries in the past 10 years was collated and analyzed. Microsoft Excel, Gephi 0.9.2, CiteSpace. 5.8. R3 software, Bibexcel and VOSviewer _ 1.6.13 software were used for visual analysis of the literature.Results As of March 23, 2022, a total of 3596 articles were retrieved from CNKI database, including 1942 related Chinese articles from 372 journals. In the past 10 years, the number of published articles in hospital libraries had been relatively stable. The authors with the largest number of papers were XU Ya-wei (17 articles), and the institutions were Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital and Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital (22 articles). The number of high-yield authors and institutions was small, and most of them were independent creation. Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science was an important journal (149 articles). Hospital library information service, librarian quality training, digital construction and resource sharing were the research hotspots in this field. Under the background of new medical reform, the innovation and development of hospital libraries and the construction of libraries in the era of big data were the future research trends in this field.Conclusion The hospital library should change the traditional thinking, pay attention to the team cooperation between the hospital libraries, and strictly follow the requirements of hospital grade evaluation, deepen the innovation content, speed up the construction of talent team and digital process, and promote the construction and development of hospital libraries.
