摘要:
目的 研究连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年12月-2021年12月上栗县中医院收治的82例MPP患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)与观察组(41例),对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、症状消退时间(退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间)、肺功能[第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC]、血清炎性指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP疗效肯定,可快速缓解患儿症状,改善患儿肺功能,降低炎性反应,不良反应少,安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen granules combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children.Methods A total of 82 children with MPP admitted to Shangli County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (41 patients) and observation group (41 patients) by random number table method. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with azithromycin. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, symptom regression time (antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, shortness of breath disappearance time, lung rale disappearance time), lung function [forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC], serum inflammatory indicators [interleukin-6 (IL-6), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The antipyretic time, shortness of breath disappearance time, cough disappearance time and lung rale disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of MPP, which can quickly relieve the symptoms of children, improve the lung function, reduce the inflammatory reaction, and have fewer adverse reactions and good safety.
