摘要:
目的 了解某三甲医院医护人员的睡眠质量现况，探讨其影响因素，为相关部门制定相应政策，保障医护人员的健康提供参考依据。方法 于2021年1月-3月，采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表（PSQI）对某三甲医院的医护人员进行电子问卷调查，分析医护人员的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍及日间功能障碍。结果 调查显示，医护人员有睡眠障碍者592名，检出率为32.89%；单因素分析显示，不同年龄、性别、婚姻状况、锻炼、轮班制、饮食情况的医护人员睡眠质量比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），其中女性、年龄在25~50岁、已婚的医护人员表现出更为明显的睡眠障碍（P＜0.05），缺乏锻炼和三班制的医护人员睡眠质量更差、入睡时间更长、睡眠效率差，且日间功能障碍明显（P＜0.05）。结论 该三甲医院医护人员的睡眠质量较差且普遍存在，尤其是中青年、已婚、女性及排班频次过密、缺乏锻炼及饮食不规律的医护人员。院方应加强针对上述相关因素的干预措施，改善医护人员的睡眠质量，提高工作效率。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the sleep quality of medical staff in a tertiary hospital, and to explore its influencing factors, in order to provide reference for relevant departments to formulate corresponding policies to ensure the health of medical staff.Methods From January to March 2021, the Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) was used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey on medical staff in a tertiary hospital to analyze the sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction of medical staff.Results The survey showed that 592 medical staff had sleep disorders, with a detection rate of 32.89%. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in sleep quality among medical staff with different age, gender, marital status, exercise, shift system and diet (P<0.05). Among them, female, 25-50 years old and married medical staff showed more obvious sleep disorders (P<0.05). Medical staff who lacked exercise and three shifts had worse sleep quality, longer sleep time, poor sleep efficiency and obvious daytime dysfunction (P<0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of medical staff in this tertiary hospital is poor and widespread, especially young and middle-aged, married, female, and medical staff with excessive scheduling, lack of exercise and irregular diet. The hospital should strengthen the intervention measures for the above related factors, improve the sleep quality of medical staff and improve work efficiency.
