摘要:
目前糖尿病患病人数与日俱增,传统的降糖药物在治疗糖尿病时仍有一定的局限性。新型降糖药物不断出现,坎格列净作为新型降糖药物,为糖尿病的治疗提供了新的选择。本文通过查阅近年来国内外关于坎格列净治疗2型糖尿病的相关文献,对其作用机制、药代动力学、临床应用疗效、安全性等方面进行综述,为坎格列净治疗2型糖尿病的临床应用提供参考。
Abstract:
At present, the number of diabetes is increasing, traditional antidiabetic drugs still have some limitations in the treatment of diabetes. As a new type of hypoglycemic drug, Kangliflozin provides a new choice for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. In this paper, we reviewed the related literatures on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Kangliflozin in recent years, and reviewed its mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, clinical efficacy, safety and so on. To provide a reference for the clinical application of Kangliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
