摘要:
目的 系统评价以黄芪为君药的方药对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 从中国知网,维普及万方数据库检索以黄芪为君药的方药治疗糖尿病的相关文献,检索年限截止2020年1月,以胰岛素抵抗指数为评价指标,运用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入文献7篇,治疗组334例,对照组293例。Meta分析显示,治疗组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。进一步以方药的功效进行亚组分析显示,黄芪单方及黄芪+滋阴益气对胰岛素抵抗指数无影响(P>0.05),但黄芪+温阳健脾方药可下调胰岛素抵抗指数(P<0.05)。结论 以黄芪为君药的方药联合二甲双胍治疗可改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗,特别是黄芪+温阳健脾的方药疗效更为显著。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of astragalus-based prescriptions on insulin resistance in diabetes.Methods From CNKI,the Weipu Wanfang database was used to retrieve relevant literature on the treatment of diabetes with astragalus-based prescriptions. The search period was as of January 2020. The insulin resistance index was used as the evaluation index, and the RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results A total of 7 articles were included, with 334 cases in the treatment group and 293 cases in the control group. Meta analysis showed that the insulin resistance index of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Further subgroup analysis based on the efficacy of the prescriptions showed that astragalus single prescription and astragalus + nourishing yin and nourishing qi had no effect on the insulin resistance index (P>0.05).But Astragalus+Wenyang Jianpi prescription can down-regulate the insulin resistance index (P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus-based prescriptions combined with metformin treatment can improve insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes, especially the prescription of Astragalus plus Wenyang Jianpi has a more significant effect.
