摘要:
目的 研究聚焦解决模式对肺癌患者癌因性疲乏和生存质量的影响。方法 选取2019年10月-2020年10月我院诊治的74例肺癌患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施聚焦解决模式干预，比较两组癌因性疲乏评分、临床症状评分、生存质量评分及护理满意度。结果 两组干预后认知、情感、行为、躯体评分及癌因性疲乏总评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组疲劳、疼痛、恶心呕吐评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组干预后躯体、情绪、认知、社会、角色功能评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为94.59%，高于对照组的81.08%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 聚焦解决模式应用于肺癌患者，可降低患者癌因性疲乏，减轻患者临床症状，提高患者生存质量水平以及护理满意度，具有较高的应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of solution focused approach on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given focused solution model intervention. The cancer-related fatigue score, clinical symptom score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of cognition, emotion, behavior, body and cancer-related fatigue in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of fatigue, pain, nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of body, emotion, cognition, society and role function in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.59%, which was higher than 81.08% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of solution-focused approach in patients with lung cancer can reduce cancer-related fatigue, relieve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
