摘要:
目的 研究2型糖尿病患者行糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与血脂检测的价值。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年6月我院诊治的61例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,并选取同期60例在我院体检健康者为对照组,比较观察组与对照组及观察组中合并微血管病变和未合并微血管病变患者HbA1c水平、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)],并分析HbA1c与血脂指标的相关性。结果 观察组HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C均高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05);未合并微血管病变患者HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C均低于合并微血管病变患者,HDL-C高于合并微血管病变(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,HbA1c与TC、TG、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者检测糖化血红蛋白、血脂指标具有重要的临床意义,可为临床监测2型糖尿病病情变化提供可靠依据。
Abstract:
Objective To study the value of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and blood lipid detection in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 61 patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of HbA1c and blood lipid indexes [total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)] were compared between the observation group and the control group and between the observation group with and without microangiopathy, and the correlation between HbA1c and blood lipid indexes was analyzed.Results HbA1c, TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and HDL-C was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). HbA1c, TC, TG and LDL-C in patients without microangiopathy were lower than those in patients with microangiopathy, and HDL-C was higher than that in patients with microangiopathy (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that HbA1c was positively correlated with TC, TG and LDL-C, and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has important clinical significance, which can provide a reliable basis for clinical monitoring of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
